For the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup, held at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, our team was tasked with transforming a standard parking lot into the Bait Al Jawhara VIP Village — a premium hospitality zone for FIFA, corporate, and government guests.

The space was completely reimagined to include high-end VIP lounges, interactive fan zones, and a central mega sports bar. Each lounge was outfitted with luxury seating, personalized services, and gourmet catering, while the mega sports bar served as a lively viewing hub with large screens, DJ sets, and premium F&B offerings. The entire venue reflected FIFA’s global brand alongside subtle nods to Saudi heritage, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.

We handled the full site transformation using state-of-the-art equipment and materials, managing every detail from design to crowd flow. The result was a standout event that elevated Saudi Arabia’s presence on the global sports stage and delivered an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
