The 2023 FIFA Club World Cup was held in Jeddah at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium from December 12 to December 22. Our work focused on guest operations and hospitality setup and design for VVIP, VIP, and Skybox guests, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere for all attendees.

One of the key highlights of our contribution was the creation of the FIFA Club Lounge at the Ritz Carlton. This exclusive space was meticulously designed to provide FIFA officials and special guests with an unparalleled experience, featuring high-end decor and elegant lounge seating. Every detail, from the curated furniture selection to the bespoke branded elements, was thoughtfully crafted to elevate the guest experience and embody the spirit of the tournament. Our team ensured that each step of the guest journey, from the welcome desks to the dining areas, was designed with comfort, privacy, and exclusivity in mind, resulting in a truly unforgettable experience.
